Sadly, Alan passed away peacefully in his sleep - he had had a couple of strokes at the end of 1995 and been partially disabled since then. In the latter years he was in a nursing home, but always cheery and happy to see people - this tribute is for him and to do some good for other families in similar circumstances. Love you Dad xxx
